Any unopened items purchased at  www.Velotak.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery with original receipt. Items purchased in a retail store MUST be returned to the appropriate store.  Opened items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense. We are not responsible for any lost of or damaged to the product once it leave our store. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days.   All credits will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Your bank may take several days to assign the credit to your account. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement (or check your bank's policy for exact timeliness).

For your protection, return the merchandise via tracking delivery services at your expense. These include UPS, FedEx, and some US Postal services. Insure items accordingly. Nardi & Associates does not assume any liability on lost or mishandled returns.

2. Wait for Return Authorization to be emailed to you.

3. Place the unopened item and completed form back into secure packaging.

4. Return the merchandise via tracking delivery services.

BOX ORDERS:  All sales are final.  No returns will be accepted.
